01 · The possibilities
Thoughtful storage for the overlooked spaces.
A vanity or utility cabinet has to accommodate more than its contents. Plumbing, appliances, access, and nearby doors can all shape the usable space. The design brief should connect those conditions with the storage you need and the visual direction of the room, rather than starting with a standard cabinet dimension.
These are directions to explore. Final materials, features, inclusions, and installation details are defined in the approved project scope.

A clearer starting point.
Does this service include laundry storage as well as vanities?
Yes. The scope can address bathrooms, utility areas, and other fitted-storage needs. Each area should be measured and discussed according to its equipment, access, and everyday use.
Can a vanity include drawers around the plumbing?
Send photographs of the existing plumbing and the intended sink specification. The internal arrangement should be resolved around the actual installation rather than assumed from the outside cabinet dimensions.
Are countertops and plumbing automatically included?
Do not assume they are included. The proposal should identify the cabinetry scope and clarify who supplies and installs counters, fixtures, plumbing, and other related work.
What affects the cost of a custom vanity or utility cabinet?
Size, drawer arrangement, finish, hardware, service coordination, and site conditions all matter. Photos and fixture specifications help define a more useful starting scope than cabinet width alone.
