Scope and site verification.
We review your goals, document the space, and verify measurements and site conditions so the project begins with a clear foundation.

Drawings, selections, and approval.
Drawings, materials, pricing, and the agreement are prepared for review. Approval and the initial payment allow procurement and production scheduling to move forward.

Build, finish, and installation.

Reading Your Timeline

Completed milestones appear in green, the current milestone is highlighted in brass, and upcoming work remains neutral. Dates and client-facing notes appear as your project moves forward, so you can see progress without chasing updates. The tracker is updated as major milestones advance; it is a project-status snapshot rather than a real-time jobsite feed.

Common questions.
How long does a typical wardrobe or built-in take?
Once the scope and agreement are confirmed, shop drawings generally take about one week, procurement can take one to four weeks, and fabrication and finishing typically require four to six weeks. Installation is commonly completed in one to two days, depending on the project. Material availability, design revisions, and site conditions can affect timing.
What do you need from me to keep the project moving?
Timely feedback, approvals, scheduled payments, and site access. Please also tell us when painters, electricians, flooring installers, or other trades may affect the work area so we can coordinate appropriately.
What does “Upcoming” mean?
The milestone has not begun and normally follows the preceding project steps. It may depend on an approved drawing, payment, material arrival, another trade, or site readiness. Your project manager can confirm whether a specific dependency applies.
Can I change materials after approval?
Changes may be possible depending on what has already been ordered or fabricated. Any approved change may affect pricing and timing, and we will document the impact before proceeding.
How current is the information in my tracker?
We update the tracker when major milestones or dependencies change. It reflects the latest status recorded by our team and may not change immediately as day-to-day work occurs.
